SAVEUR Wins Two IACP Awards

SAVEUR Wins Two IACP Awards The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), whose members include chefs, sommeliers, food photographers, and food writers from around the world, just announced this year's Bert Greene food journalism award winners. Good news: SAVEUR clinched two awards! New York-based food writer Mei Chin won Best Culinary Writing With Recipes for "The Art of Kimchi", which ran in our November 2009 issue and details the long history of Korea's most beloved dish, while contributing editor Shane Mitchell took home the award for Culinary Writing Without Recipes for her ode to cooking with bacon fat, "Better Than Butter," from our January/February 2009 issue.
