Made using three varieties of Sicilian olives—Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, and Cerasuola— this extra virgin olive oil has a smooth texture and a bright, lemony flavor with a peppery finish—perfect for drizzling over fresh grilled fish or tossing through pasta. The olives are hand-picked and pressed a few weeks before the usual October harvest which creates a vibrant green color and a more intense flavor.
