In this cocktail from Jeffrey Morgenthaler of Portland, Oregon’s Clyde Common restaurant, bright, tart cranberry preserves beautifully balance the rich caramel flavor of bourbon. This recipe first appeared in the iPad edition of our Jan/Feb 2013 issue along with Jeffrey Morgenthaler’s article Preserves in Cocktails.
