Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a 4-qt. pot, bring 6 cups of water and 1 tbsp. salt to a boil. Add quinoa and simmer 12-15 minutes until tender and grains have separated. Remove from heat and drain quinoa in a fine mesh sieve. Set sieve back over empty pot, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rest 15 minutes.
