Yield: makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- Lime wedge
- 2 oz. white rum (rhum blanc)
- 1⁄2 tsp. sugarcane syrup
Instructions
- Squeeze lime wedge into a tall glass, such as a collins glass, then drop it in. Add rum and syrup. Stir vigorously with a swizzle stick. If you like, add 1 or 2 ice cubes as you stir—just enough to chill the drink but not enough to dilute it too much.
