Adelsheim, Willamette Valley (Oregon) Pinot Gris 2006


A delicious white wine for serving at Thanksgiving, this Pinot Gris from always reliable Adlesheim tastes of ripe pears with echoes of lemon zest and a hint of spice. It’s rich enough not to be overpowered by all the festive fare, but sufficiently refined to add a touch of class to the groaning holiday board.
