Hibiscus, a Christmastime flower, adds holiday spirit to this fruity drink.


  • 3 oz. Luxardo cherries
  • 1 oz. Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • 1 oz. pisco
  • 1 oz. Sorel hibiscus liqueur
  • 12 oz. lime juice
  • Absinthe, for garnish
  • Mint sprig, for garnish


Step 1

Muddle Luxardo cherries in a shaker. Add Cocchi Americano Rosa, pisco, Sorel hibiscus liqueur, lime juice, and ice. Shake; strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Top with a dash of absinthe; garnish with a Luxardo cherry and mint sprig.
