South Shore Sangria
This cocktail from Oahu—a balance of sweet liqueurs, fruit juices, and red wine—tastes like an adult version of Hawaiian Punch.
Yield: makes 1 cocktail
2 slices each lemon, lime, and orange
1 oz. amaretto
1 oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. sparkling white wine
1⁄2 oz. red wine
Muddle 1 slice each lemon, lime, and orange in a goblet. Add ice, amaretto, orange liqueur, and fresh orange and pineapple juices; stir. Top with sparkling white wine; using the back of a spoon, float red wine on top. Garnish with a slice of lemon, lime, and orange.
