What is a Premium Digital Experience, and how does it differ from a standard digital experience? 

If you choose to subscribe to SAVEUR’s Premium Digital Experience your reading experience will be ad-light on all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. No banner advertisements, no pop-ups,  no auto-play videos ads. The site will load faster, and scroll smoother.

The standard SAVEUR digital experience will continue to include advertisements. No action is needed.

You will have unlimited access to SAVEUR’s great storytelling and recipes with both experiences. 

I use an ad blocker when browsing the Web. Can I continue to do so on 

We understand. Ads can be annoying at times, but use of an ad blocker would limit our ability to fund the journalism that you enjoy, so unfortunately the answer is ‘no.’ 

However, if you would prefer a reading experience that is ad-light, you may buy an optional subscription to that will display content much faster with minimal advertising. Or, you you can disable your ad blocker while using the site (this helps, too). 

Print Subscriber  

I am a subscriber to SAVEUR’s print edition. Does this mean I also have a Premium Digital Experience?

Currently, subscriptions to SAVEUR’s print magazine and’s Premium Digital Experience are two different offerings, however we are planning to offer bundled subscriptions in 2019.

How much does the Premium Digital Experience cost?

There are several promotions and price points being offered to users for our Premium Digital Experience depending on when and how you've accessed our site. This is similar to the promotions we run for our magazine subscriptions from time to time. To access our best current offer, please click the "Start Your Trial" button at the top of this page.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

To ensure uninterrupted access to our content, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your term. In the event that renewal pricing changes you will be notified of the change at least 10 days in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I sign up for SAVEUR’s Premium Digital Experience?

You may sign up for a SAVEUR Premium Digital Experience through our subscription form. You may create an account, or use your Facebook or Google accounts to register. You may pay for your subscription using credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. 

What should I do if I can’t sign up because the system tells me I already have an account?

Because SAVEUR’s Premium Digital Experience is powered by Tinypass, you may have created a Tinypass account on another website before. If you don't remember your password, click ‘Forgot My Password’ and proceed to reset your password. After that, please attempt to subscribe again.

What should I do if I’m receiving an error message or can’t complete my transaction due to technical issues?

Logging In

I successfully subscribed and received my confirmation email. What should I do now?

Thank you for subscribing! Please sign in to the site by clicking on the "Premium" icon in the site header and begin enjoying your Premium Digital Experience. If your icon displays "Profile", no further action is needed - you're already signed in!

Once signed in, you can administer your account by using the drop-down menu that appears when clicking on the "Profile" icon.

What should I do if I'm having problems resetting my password?

If you've attempted to reset your password and didn't receive a password reset email, please make sure that our emails are not being filtered into your junk or spam folders.

How do I update my credit card on file?

You may add a new credit card by:

1.  Visiting My Account

2.  Logging into (if necessary)

3.  Clicking on ‘Cards’

4.  Clicking ‘Add Card’

5.  Entering payment information

6.  Clicking ‘Save Changes’ to complete the update. 

7.  Deleting extra credit cards using the trash icon to the right of the old card.

How do I unsubscribe/cancel my account?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  2. Logging into your PRIME account (if necessary)
  3. Clicking ‘Library’
  4. Clicking ‘Manage’ to see the drop down window
  5. Clicking ‘Don't bill me again’
