What is ad-light and how does it change the way I read SAVEUR.com?
Ad-Light browsing works just like it sounds: a largely ad-free viewing experience across all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. No banner advertisements, no pop-ups & no auto-play videos ads. The site loads faster and scrolls smoother.
What happens if I don’t want to use ad-light?
The standard SAVEUR.com will continue to operate as it does today and include advertisements to support your browsing activity. You will continue to have access to SAVEUR's great storytelling and resources at no additional charge.
I use an ad blocker when browsing the Web. Can I continue to do so on SAVEUR.com?
Unfortunately, no. We understand that ads can be an inconvenience, but without them we wouldn’t be able to fund the journalism that fills the site. We give ad blocker users two options to continue accessing SAVEUR.com:
- Whitelist SAVEUR.com in your ad blocker settings so our site may serve ads as you browse.
- Purchase an Ad-Light subscription for continued ad-free browsing.
I’m already a subscriber to SAVEUR's print edition. How do I get access to Ad-Light?
If you’re a current print subscriber to SAVEUR Magazine and wish to set up Ad-Light access on the site, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including your Name, Account Number & Expiration Date.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Subscriptions may be purchased using a debit/credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. In the event that renewal pricing changes you will be notified of the change at least 10 days in advance.
In locations where auto-renewal cannot be enabled by default, you may be asked to take additional steps to confirm your auto-renewal preferences.
Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time by visiting the Manage Account page.
Can I purchase a gift subscription?

What should I do if I’m receiving an error message or can’t complete my purchase due to technical issues?

How do I check my subscription status?
Subscribers can review their subscriptions at any time by visiting the Manage Account page.
How do I update my payment information?
1. Visit the Manage Account page
2. Click on “Cards”
3. Select “Add Card”
4. Enter payment information
5. Click “Save Changes”
How do I update my mailing address?
To update the mailing address on file for your print subscription, please visit saveur.com/cs and select “Change My Address” from the menu.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, visit the Manage Account page, navigate to the Profile tab, and select "Change Password...".
If you are not logged in, please select “Log In” from the top of any page, enter your email address, and select "Forgot Password...". If you've entered a registered email address, a one-time password reset code will be emailed to you.
Why didn't I receive a password reset code?
If you have not registered for an account on SAVEUR.com, no password reset code will be sent. If you have registered on our site and still do not receive an email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to the Manage Account page and disabling Auto-Renewal. You will continue to have access to all of your subscription benefits until the Expiration Date listed on this page.
How long will it take to get Ad-Light Access?
Ad-light access to SAVEUR.com should begin immediately upon the completion of your purchase. To browse SAVEUR.com with ad-light enabled on any device, simply log in using the “Log In/Profile” menu at the top of any page.
