Horseradish Sauce

Horseradish Sauce Credit: Hugh Palmer

Makes 1 1⁄2 cups

Fresh horseradish is essential to this sauce.

1 1⁄3 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. grated peeled fresh horseradish root

1. Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff. Fold in horseradish root. Serve with Roast Beef.

Of course it's 'tasty', as it's whipped cream. incredibly low horseradish bite for the five tablespoons grated. Too much cream, overwhelms what should be quite strong flavour. I do not recommend this.
