Lemon Lavender Fizz

MAKES ONE DRINK

Ingredients

2 oz. gin
1 ½ oz. lavender simple syrup*
¾ oz. lemon juice
Dash of club soda

Instructions

Pour gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice into pint glass and stir. Top with club soda, garnish with lemon, and serve.

*Lavender Simple Syrup
MAKES 1 CUP

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 ½ tbsp dried lavender buds

Instructions

Heat sugar and water in a small saucepan with lavender until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil, then set to the side to cool. Strain out the lavender and refrigerate.
