Cola-like bittersweet, effervescent, and herbal, this cocktail is perfect for a hot summer afternoon. We based our recipe off of a drink developed by Dan Amatuzzi, Eataly's beverage director.

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS1 1/2 oz Chinotto
1 oz gin
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 leaves basil, thinly sliced
Sparkling white wine, such as Asti Spumante
