Fur Collar

MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

This luxurious drink was originally served at The Colony, a New York City establishment frequented by the Vanderbilts and Windsors.

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. apricot brandy or liqueur, preferably
   Rothman & Winter Orchard apricot liqueur
1 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice

1. In a cocktail shaker, stir together the vodka, apricot brandy, and orange juice. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously until well chilled, 10–15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
