Martini with Orange Bitters

SERVES 1

To give a classic martini a new spin, try this formula.


2 oz. gin
½ oz. dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
