I first tasted PacifiKool Hawaiian Ginger Syrup at a farmers' market on Oahu; one of the vendors added a drizzle of it to seltzer to make a sort of impromptu ginger ale. Zing! One sip snapped me to attention. Soon I was using it all the time. Now I put a splash of the syrup into my stir-fries, I add it to my marinades, and I spike my cocktails with it. No matter what I'm making, it always reminds me of Hawaii.  —Robin Kanno, San Ramon, California

While rummaging through the fridge one day I found long forgotten tarragon, still green but dried out. Rather than throw it out, I made tea which was wonderful but needed something. I put about a teaspoon of ginger syrup in and OMG, killer! I went out and made cuttings of the tarragon and planted it in every nook and cranny in my garden. Next year I'm serving tarragon and ginger tea instead of spiced cider for Christmas!!

Although the Hawaiian Ginger drinks are the most popular at Pacifikool, my absolute favorite is the Thai Gingerade made with calamansi limes, Thai basil and Pacifikool Thai Ginger Syrup. Simply heaven!
