Eating in Los Angeles: The Freshest Ceviche

There may be no better summer dish than ceviche. It's fresh, flavorful, and can be made in minutes. Peru is generally recognized as the birthplace of ceviche, though Ecuadoreans might have something to say about that. If you want a taste of the real thing, Mo-Chica, chef Ricardo Zarate's new spot in downtown LA, serves some of the best ceviche north of Lima.
