Blue Cheese Dip
Serve this tart, cooling dip with fiery chicken wings.

6 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
3–4 tbsp. buttermilk
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, blue cheese, and buttermilk until well combined. Season dip with salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate. Serve with chicken wings.
