Billy's A Team

Inspired by Moneyball, this refreshing herbal drink gets it's money-green hue from muddled mint and basil. This recipe was developed by Nitehawk Cinema's Beverage Director Jen Marshall.

MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. gin
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
5 fresh basil leaves
5 fresh mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle the mint and basil together in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and all other ingredients; shake well and strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
