In 2010, we published 313 recipes in the pages of SAVEUR — each one with its own story behind it, each rigorously tested here in the test kitchen so it's easy to make at home. And make them at home we did: associate editor Karen Shimizu makes the Brown Butter Pasta from the 25 Greatest Meals issue "all the time"; editor-in-chief James Oseland is "haunted" by Wild Greens with Fried Eggs from the Greece issue; senior editor Gabriella Gershenson was thrilled to find that the Market Issue's pumpkin-stuffed pancakes, sweet-sour and buttery, turn out just like they look in the picture.
