Postcard: Po Wing Hong Food Market
_One market I visit frequently when shopping for ingredients for the test kitchen is the Po Wing Hong food market in NYC's Chinatown. Not much English is spoken, but they carry ingredients that Whole Foods has never even heard of—dried seafood of every variety, sauces, condiments, noodles, and spices I can't pronounce. To make sure there's no language barrier, I always do a Google Image Search and print out images of everything on my shopping list before I go. -__Ruth Selby, Kitchen Intern_
