I have a pretty serious taco truck addiction, and also love eating authentic Mexican delights made from local, sustainable ingredients. Nopalito in the Lower Haight is making my dreams come true. Born of staff meals at the deeply yummy restaurant Nopa, the sister restaurant has prices that are not quite taco-truck cheap, but definitely reasonable, worthy enough to warrant a lengthy review in the San Francisco Chronicle. And if you're craving tacos after reading the review, but are nowhere near San Francisco, here's a fish taco recipe to tide you over.
