A Slave to the Good Stuff

How could we not love a blog that gives its posts such titles as "100 Ways to Eat More Fat"? Cheeseslave is a blog that states its mission clearly: it's dedicated "to the love of cheese. And Bacon. And Butter. And Raw Milk. And all those other things we're not supposed to eat." It's a great source for recipes and topics like beef tallow french fries, how to render lard, and—one that's close to our hearts—"Hide the Liver," a baby food-themed post aimed at the under-three set.
