Tom Colicchio’s restaurant empire covers plenty of ground in the city, from the mothership Craft restaurant to all the various ‘wichcraft locations across Manhattan. My favorite spot is Craftbar: not only does the restaurant serve some of the best chicken liver pate in town (with a gilded-lily topping of cherry preserves), but the bartenders make a mean martini in the form of the Blonde Ambition, featuring gin and elderflower liqueur.
