The Santa Monica Farmers’ Market in February


It’s no secret that Californians are spoiled with year-round fresh produce, but I had never actually experienced it first hand. Last week, on my first-ever trip to CA, Michael Reardon, Executive Chef at Shutters on the Beach, showed me around the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market and I just couldn’t stop drooling with envy at all the ripe local fruits and veggies available there in February.
