Yesterday, the multi-purpose space next to our test kitchen (which serves variously as a conference room, photo studio, dining room, and ersatz dance floor) was taken over by executive food editor Todd Coleman for a video shoot with some guests who are spotlighted in an upcoming feature story on the Garifuna of Central America.
