One Good Find: Recycled Cutting Boards

I try to buy recycled products for my kitchen whenever I can, so when I discovered Epicurean's stylish, colorful plastic cutting boards I was thrilled to discover that they're made out of recycled milk jugs. About 8 jugs are used to make each pound of the material, which is so durable it's used to make outdoor furniture and skate park enclosures. Available in 3 sizes, the boards are dual-sided, dishwasher safe, and nonporous, with non-slip corners and a groove for catching juices. And, best of all, they come in a wide array of bright, cheerful colors that look gorgeous in my kitchen.
