Behold the Maple Cube

Ingalls Photography

Apply a hint of maple flavor to just about anything—pork roast, oatmeal, ice cream—by grating the Tonewood Maple Cube ($17; tonewoodmaple.com). It's made by heating single-source syrup to a temperature that allows for crystallization, then pouring it into a mold. Bonus: No sticky, syrup-streaked bottles to clean up.
