1. Bind short bamboo skewers together with a rubber band and dip them into beaten eggs (you may also use a whisk). Christopher Hirsheimer

2. Preheat a lightly greased 10" nonstick skillet over medium heat, then dip skewers into eggs and "paint" the skillet. Christopher Hirsheimer
