Weaving a Pie Crust
1. Lay four strips of dough horizontally across top of pie, fold first and third strips back on themselves, then lay another strip perpendicular to them, just off center.
2. Unfold first and third strips, fold back second and fourth strips, then lay another strip to right of first perpendicular strip.
3. Unfold second and fourth strips, fold back first and third strips, then lay a third perpendicular strip.
4. Working on left side of pie, fold back second and fourth strips, lay a fourth perpendicular strip, then unfold second and fourth strips. Even strips out, if necessary.
