Oven-To-Table Dish

Functional, streamlined, and incredibly elegant, this clever dish is the latest of my kitchen obsessions. It eliminates the need to transfer food from one vessel to another, shaving off precious minutes of prep time (and smoothing over any rough moments in the flow of a dinner party). After cooking a generously-sized main course in the white porcelain baker, remove it from the oven and drop it right into the metal frame with handles — you don't even need oven mitts to move the food to the table!
