(Suco de Banana e Abacate)

- Half a large ripe fuerte or Florida avocado, pitted and peeled
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
Put the avocado into a blender with the bananas, milk, sugar and crushed ice. Purée until smooth. Divide between 2 tall glasses.
