In this video, Caporuscio masterfully prepares a classic pizza Margherita using techniques that bring out the best in Italy's primary ingredients: bright tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and sweet leaves of basil, all on top of a pillowy, chewy, perfectly-blistered crust.
