Bartender extraordinaire Dale DeGroff gave us this recipe.
Yield: serves 2
- 3 slices orange
- 1 slice lemon
- 3 oz. Wild Turkey 101
- 2 oz. orange curacao
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 maraschino cherries for garnish
- Put 1 slice orange and lemon slice into a cocktail shaker and fill shaker with ice. Add Wild Turkey, curacao, Vermouth, and lemon juice and shake well.
- Put a few ice cubes into 2 martini glasses. Strain cocktail into glasses and garnish each with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.
