INGREDIENTS

3 oz. ginger beer
2 oz. pisco
½ oz. fresh lime juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Raw sugar cane swizzle stick, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir ginger beer, pisco, lime juice, and bitters in a rocks glass filled with ice; garnish with sugar cane.
