Bubbly prosecco tops this elegant vodka cocktail at The Marliave restaurant in Boston. Black raspberry liqueur and citrusy Lillet Blanc give the drink a fruity appeal that makes it perfect for brunch.

Yield: makes 1 Cocktail


  • 1 oz. Chambord
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice, plus twist for garnish
  • 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • Chilled prosecco, for topping


  • Combine Chambord, lemon juice, Lillet Blanc, and vodka in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with prosecco; garnish with lemon twist.
