After working in some of NYC’s most iconic restaurants, Fatima started recipe testing for Saveur in the middle of the pandemic. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2012 and has been in hospitality since. She is now the Test Kitchen Manager for Saveur, writing articles, and developing her own vegetable focused column.

- After nearly a decade of working in restaurants, Fatima branched out into food media, recipe testing, developing and food styling for brands like Food52, Alison Roman and Camille Becerra.
