Yield: makes about 1 cup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 6 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 3-4 tbsp. buttermilk
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, blue cheese, and buttermilk until well combined. Season dip with salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate. Serve with chicken wings
