These olives are the perfect snack for two to nibble while sipping martinis.
Yield: serves 2
- 1 cup Spanish olives, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup dried bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- Coat olives in beaten egg. Roll olives in dried bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil over high heat until golden. Drain and serve warm.
