
Salted hot milk chocolate is enhanced with just a touch of Irish liqueur and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
 - Pinch of salt
 - 2 oz. milk chocolate, finely chopped
 - 2 tbsp. Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey's
 - Whipped cream and shaved chocolate, for serving
 
Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk in a 1-qt. saucepan over medium heat until just beginning to bubble at edges, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add chocolate and liqueur, let sit for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
