Mulled Apple Cider

Steeped in cinnamon and cloves, this nonalcoholic potion lends a warm, fragrant note to chilly nights.


  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • 12 whole cloves


Step 1

Simmer cider, cinnamon sticks and cloves together in a medium pot over medium heat for 5 minutes (do not let cider boil).

Step 2

Put 1 cinnamon stick into each of four 10-oz. mugs and ladle some of the cider and cloves into each.
