This seasonal variation on the old fashioned brightens up bourbon with Pamplemousse Rosé, giving the cocktail a floral twist. It’s a great cocktail to scale up for parties: Stir together a big batch in a pitcher without ice, chill, and have your guests serve themselves.
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1⁄2 oz. Pamplemousse Rosé
- 2 dashes wormwood bitters
- Combine bourbon, rosé, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
