Yield: makes About 2 1/2 Cups
1⁄2 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup walnut halves, lightly toasted
1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt
1 (12-oz.) bag fresh cranberries
1 large orange, zested, then peeled and thinly sliced, seeds removed
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth; chill until ready to serve.
