In this sweet-tart cocktail with fresh pomegranate juice, vodka brings a spirit backbone while a touch of Cointreau adds rich orange sweetness.

- 2 oz. vodka
- 1⁄2 oz. Cointreau
- 1 tbsp. pomegranate molasses
- 3 oz. fresh pomegranate juice
- 1⁄2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Mint sprig, to garnish
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir the vodka with the Cointreau and pomegranate molasses until the molasses dissolves. Add the pomegranate and lemon juices and stir until chilled. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled Collins glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
