How to Barbecue in a Camerons Stovetop Smoker

1. Place about 1 tbsp. wood shavings (aka Camerons Smoking Chips) in a small pile in center of bottom of smoker.Brenda Weaver
2. Place drip tray and rack on top of wood shavings in bottom of smoker, pressing gently to compact wood shavings.Brenda Weaver
3. Arrange food on rack, leaving enough room around and above food so that smoke circulates evenly.Brenda Weaver
4. Slide on lid; transfer smoker to a stovetop burner over medium heat. When smoke appears, start cooking time.Brenda Weaver
