How to Barbecue in a Gas Grill

2. Replace grill rack over the pan. Scrub grates clean with a brush (wipe grate with an oil-soaked cloth, if desired).Brenda Weaver
3. Turn all three burners to the highest heat. Let grill preheat for ten minutes, or until the grill grate is searing hot.Brenda Weaver
