This boozy gin cocktail makes use of an abundance of blackberries, mint, and cucumber—it's summer in a highball glass.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mint leaves
- 1⁄2 cup blackberries, plus more for garnish
- 2 cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds
- 8 oz. gin
- 7 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. creme de cassis
Instructions
- Muddle mint, blackberries, and cucumbers in a cocktail shaker; add gin, lime juice, cassis, and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with blackberries and mint.
