This boozy gin cocktail uses up an abundance of mint, cucumber, and blackberries—it's summer in a highball.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mint leaves
  • 12 cup blackberries, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds
  • 8 oz. gin
  • 7 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. creme de cassis

Instructions

Step 1

Muddle mint, blackberries, and cucumbers in a cocktail shaker; add gin, lime juice, cassis, and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with blackberries and mint.
