Not to be confused with tartar sauce, this tahini-based dipping sauce is perfect with steamed artichokes.
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 cup tahini
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Kosher salt, to taste
- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse garlic until finely chopped. Add tahini, lemon juice, parsley, and 3 tbsp. water; pulse to combine. Season with salt.
