Raw minced garlic combines with parsley and lemon zest in this vibrant Italian garnish that's a traditional accompaniment to Milanese osso bucco, where it cuts through the richness of braised lamb shanks. - 6 cloves garlic, minced
- Coarsely grated zest of 2 lemons
