Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. half & half
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry mustard powder
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. steak sauce, such as A.1.
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Large stone crab claws, chilled, for serving

Instructions

Step 1

To a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, half & half, mustard powder, Worcestershire, and steak sauce and whisk until smooth. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes. 

Step 2

Serve as a dipping sauce for stone crab claws.
