Bubbly For the Right Price

There's nothing more romantic than a glass of bubbly, but I've often found the price tags of Champagne to be hard to swallow. Then I came across Mumm Brut Prestige NV from Napa, California ($16). This lovely sparkling wine is not only made by the very famous Champagne house from France, but it's also created in the same method. It's a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir with an intense presence and long finish. Serve it with your favorite hors d'oeuvres like deviled eggs and zucchini bacon fritters.
